MARKET REPORT. The Franklin Farmers’ Auctioneeri ir.g Co., Ltch, report:— i At our usual weekly sale on Friday we had an exceptionaly heavy eni try of pigs, with prices slightly lower j than laslt week (which, by the way, j was exceptionally high). Prices realised were:—Weaners, medium 14s to 17 is 6d, good up to 255; slips, 30s to; 37s 6d, stores to £2 15s. Poultry came forward in small numbers. Those penned realised;- —Hens, 3s to ' 4s; roosters, samll 3s 3d, better up ! to 4s 6d; potatoes, table Bs, seed po- ■ tsftoes, quality offering not the best, . realised 5s cwt. Vegetables came forward in many entries, especially cauliflower and cabbage and sold at good prices. Gabbage Is 2d to 3s dozen, cauliflower 5s to 12s dozen, apples 5s fid to 9s case. Miscellaneous vegetables, furniture and sundries sold at usual prices. ■ V .
