THE SCHOOL TRAIN.
A great deal of inconvenience has been caused lately by the slow running of the school train from the Tuakau end. Surely this can me remedied by attention from the traffic department of the railways. The, annoyance and loss caused to the travelling public through trains running late is very considerable and particularly is this true when the morning school train ambles in any old time after its schedule. The frequent occurrence of this shows a weakness in the system somewhere and the matteV should be taken in hand immediately.
