KOR-KER.
WHAT IS IT? AND WHAT IT DOES. IT PRESERVES AND SEALS RUBBER. (Published by Arrangement.) One of the greatest inventions of the age and one that is filling a longfelt want in Kor-ker, a preparation for the treatment of pneumatic tyre tubes. Kor-ker is the result of years of scientific experimentation and tests, and is unqualifiedly a preservative of rubber. Kor-ker is a defence against punctures and porous tubes... It is a compound in the form of a clean, dry powder which is mixed with water* When inside a tube it seals punctures instantly without a stoppage. The agents claim that any puncture up to the size made by a 4-inch nail will be sealed while the auto is “on the go.” They do not claim that this scientific preparation will seal a blow out or a cut. Perhaps the three main difficulties connected with the pneumatic equippage of vehicles are: Short life of tyres and tube, punctures and blow-outs. The overcoming of these features' would represent to the motorist increased economy as well as added comfort. 'J’hink of these features — the comfort —the expense saved and between 50 and 100 per cent more mileage added to the tyres. This preparation keeps the tyre 20 per cent, cooler in summer, and besides all these reasons it positively preserves the tubes, makes them more elastic and better in every way. Korker is the most necessary thing about a car next to the engine and the tyres themselves. Recently the local agent, Mr F. O’Hara, demonstrated with Kor-ker. Using his own car he drove over a board containing a number of 4-inch nails. Under ordinary circumstances the tyre would have been ptinc-tured but as the tubes were filled with the substance there was not the slighest sign of a leakage. This demonstration proved to local motorists what Kor-ker is capable of, but even yet its whole ability has not been shown to them. The best possible manner to prove what it is capable of doing is to buy a tin of the compound and try it for .yourselves. Testimonials have been received from leading firms all over the world and they speak for themselves. The Goodrich Tyre Company, inter alia, states::“An analysis of Kor-ker shows that it contains nothing which will be injurious to our product. Consequently when this material is used in our tyres our guarantee remains in force so long as nothing additional is introduced that will be harmful.” Referring to Kor-ker, the automobile editor of the Washington Times States, inter alia: “After the conclusive proof. made in your demonstration to the Times staff some time ago, I want you to feel no hesitancy whatever in referring sceptics to us. Every owner should make Kor-ker a part of his equipment. I consider it an utterly vital essential.” For any. further particulars write, wire or call on Mr F. O'Hhara, P.O, Box 30, Pukekohe,*
