Notice is hereby given that it is the ’ intention of the Franklin County Council, in pursuance of its. powers., under Sections 120 and 121, of. the Counties Act, 1920; Section 41 of the Hospital, and Charitable Institutions .Act,* 1909; the Rating Act, 1908, and any .amendments thereto respectively, and o£ all other powers (if any) enabling it in that behalf, on THURSDAY, the seventh day of July, 1921, to Make and Levy ( the followingRates for the year commenced • on the Ist day of April, 1921, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1922: 1.
