This is rendered more important than ever owing to the fact that during the coming season our butter is to be shipped home on open consignment and the quality of the butter will to a large extent determine the price that will be obtained for the product. Also. Mr Goodfellow will himself be at Home at the time the new season’s butter arrives and the company desire that the butter will be a credit to the suppliers as well as to the management.
At Tuakau on Friday there was a large assembly of suppliers who listened with rapt attention to the various speakers and at the conclusion of the meeting a resolution was unanimously carried expressing complete satisfaction with the operations of the company during the past season and a further resolution was carried, viz., “That this meeting of Tuakau suppliers place on record its appreciation of the valuable services rendered to the dairying industry in New Zealand by Mr William GoodfelIcw, managing director.
