A cashier, of somewhat portly build, was frowning over a statement of ac-
counts j,ust placed before him by his pretty typist. “As a young lady," he said, “I admire your type, but I can't honestly say 1 admire your typing. “How funny” she replied, smartly. “We are so different, for, though you are, of course, splendid at figures, no one could say you have a splendid figure! ”
