Mrs John A. Officer, of Seattle, who has been on a visit to her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. K. Morrison, of Pukekohe, left yesteiday by the Makura for Vancouver, en < route to Seattle. The many friends of Mr. A. M. Stirling,, formerly manager of the Pukekohe butter factory, will be interested to hear that he has been appointed manager of the Helensville butter factory, in succession to Mr. I A. J. Garry, who has joined the staff ol the N.Z. Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, and will take charge at Paeroa. i Mr. A. W. Oldham left Pukekohe on Wednesday on a holiday visit to Rotorua. Misses Ivy Duncan and Nelsie Hawke leave during the week-end on an extended holiday visit to Napier, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton and Rotorua.
