1920-1921 BUTTER-FAT COMPETITION. THE* RESULTS. The butter-fat competition held under the auspices of the Clevedon A. and P. Society in connection with the annual show was undoubtedly a huge success. The competition was limited to cows within a radius of 25 miles from the Clevedon A,, and P. Showgrounds and. attracted 60 entries. In the class for cow, any age, three period tests were arranged and resulted as follows:—Mr. H. Alexander’s Ten with a total butteer-fat of 6.634 lb, 1; Mr. W. J. Gore’s Grannie, 6,518 lb butter-fat, 2; Mr. D. Ryburn’s Woodburn, 5,9971 b butter-fat, 3. The two-year-old heifer class resulted:—Mr. H. C. Barker’s Marigold, 3.6231 b butter-fat, 1; Mr. T. G. Smith’s Tiny, 3.1801 b butter-fat, 2; Mr. L. H. Burgoyne’s Spot, 2.6461 b butter-fat, 3.
