FRANKLIN A. AND P. SOCIETY.
(To the Editor). Sir, —Kindly allow me to trespass or your valuable space and appeal to all exhibitors to forward their entries as soon as possible, so as to enable us to get the _catalogue printed in til ■ne I would also appeal to all residents in the district to make this a record show. This is the first time a Governor-General has visited the Franklin Show, and when that same Governor-General is n o'c only the King's representative in this Dominion, but also the greatest admiral of the century, we, the residents of this district should endeavour to make an exhibit worthy of the occasion. Last year we had record exhibits, being the first stock show in the province to exceed 2000 entries. This year the committee are aiming at 2500 entries, so we appeal to everyone to help. By so doing you will be helping to bring your own district to the front. D. R. HAMILTON/Secretary.
