AIR RAID WARNING IN VICHY
(Roc. 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 23. An air raid warning was sounded in Vichy last night, and the anti-aircraft batteries went into action. Intense anti-aircraft fire was also heard in Lvons. The Paris and Toulouse radios went off the air about the same time.
