Tile monthly social and dance of the Scottish Society of Dunedin was held in the Victoria Hall on Saturday, when a large number of members and friends were present. Tbo executive members were piped to the platform by the official piper, Mr H. Crawford. The president, Mr W. Brown, occupied the chair. Vocal items were given bv Miss Valda .McCracken, and Mrs W. Hill, a cornet solo by Mr T. Thomson, dances by Miss Violet Price and Miss Noeline Bush, the piper being Master Airdrie Stewart. It's a treat to have plenty of eggs always.
