CUBA RECOGNISES RUSSIA
WASHINGTON, October 17. The Cuban Embassy announced that Cuba and Russia have established diplomatic relations for the development of friendly and commercial ties. Although Cuba is the' only Latin-Ameri-can nation? recognising Moscow, Colombia and others are expected to follow suit shortly.
