Subscriptions may be paid in full, or by means of a deposit of £3 for every £lO subscribed, followed by an instalment of £3 on 15th December, 1942 and one of £4 on 27th January, 1943. If you can’t manage that, your trading bank or your employer can advance 90 per cent, of the money _ required, allowing six months for repayment. You should .subscribe to your very utmost, but no matter how small that utmost may be, remember it is the accumulation of tittle amounts that make up effective big amounts. The success of this loan is not only to be measured by the amount of money sub- . scribed, but also by the number, of individual' investments by people of modest means and modest income.
