No. 15 Royal Crescent, Musselburgh, on account of the District Public Trustee in the estate of Charles Stevenson, deceased, a sevenroomed residence, with brick garage, an area of 33.9 poles. In banking, New Zealand were quoted at 39s 3d-40s. National of Australasia were wanted at £ll. In insurance there were inquiries for National at 19s 9d, South British at 61s 3d, and Standard at 61s, but no sellers appeared. In shipping, following a reported sale at 33s 3d, P. and O. deferred stock was still wanted at 325. There were no changes in moat preserving. In loan and agency, National Mortgage (A) were quoted at 38s buyer, 39s seller, and the B issue was sought at 225. In gas, coal and oil, Taranaki were on oner at 5s 6d. There were only a few inquiries foxlocal woollen mills at recent rates. In the miscellaneous section buyers predominated, with values practically unchanged. -the quotation for Regent Theatre was 16s buyer 19s seller.
