CHINESE SUCCESSES. RUGBY, Sept. 3.-nA Chinese spokesman in London said to-day that the Chinese army was fighting for the first time with some air support, and had in the past six weeks recaptured about 20 towns in the eastern provinces of 'Chekiang and Kiangsi.
