ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS

CORONIAL INQUIRY. An inquest was hold before Mr H. J. Dixon, S.M., at tho Public Hospital yesterday afternoon, touching the death of John Stevens Donaldson, an infant horn mi May 18 last. Tho infant was admitted to the i KaritaneHarris Hospital on August 28. Jt was then in delicate health and suffering from a cold. Tho child died on Wednesday last at 5.30 a.m. A post mortem examination was held by Dr F.. F. D’Ath. when it was ascertained the child had died from bronchial pneumonia. The Coroner returned a verdict in accordance with tho medical testimony. The inquiry was conducted for the police by Sergeant Stark, of South Dunedin.
