BOXING

□SLITARY TOURNEY A novice and open boxing tournament was held at an Otago Base 'training Depot last. Week. The contestants were evenly matched, and the standard of boxing was high. The various bouts received an enthusiastic reception from the troops. All the boxers had been trained by Corporal Sutherland, of Invercargill.
