THREE COMMUNISTS EXECUTED
APPLICATION OF NEW BULGARIAN LAW (Roc. 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 2. The Berlin radio states 'that three i Communists, allegedly ringleaders in a conspiracy in the Struma district, were | executed in a puhlic square at Goruiszuniaya. The bodies were left hanging J until noon the following day. This is the first application of the new Bulgarian law for the protection of the State, which provides pu'blic executions '
