APPLEBY.—On Thursday, September 3, 1942 at her residence, Palmerston, Alice Jane, beloved wife of John Henry Appleby; in her seventy-first year. DONALDSON.—On September 2, 1942, at Dunedin, John Stevens, dearly loved only son of Private John S. and Nancy M.
