FLOUR FOR RUSSIA
(British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 10.45 a.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 1. The sending of Canadian wheat to Russia in considerable quantities in recent months was disclosed to-day by Mr Mackinnon, Minister of Trade, at Ottawa. Shipments have been’made in the form of flour via the British Isles, and for the sake of convenience it has been drawn from United Kingdom stocks ready for shipment at Canadian ports.
