Notice ls hereby given that the Otago Harbour Board lias adopted a new By-law, to be known as By-law No. 35, 1842, amending Seel ion 39 of By-law No. 20, 1930, by Fixing New Rates for the Use of Cranes in loading or discharging cargo from vehicle to wharf or vico versa; amending Section 4 of By-law No. 17, 1929, by providing that every Application for the Use of a Dock must be accompanied by an entrance fee of £lO, which may be forfeited by the Board in the event of the vessel ’not docking at the appointed time, but otherwise shall be applied as-part payment of dock dues; amending By-law No. 28, 1936, by Fixing Now Wharfage Dues on imports of linseed and on exports of linseed oil and by-products of linseed; and by specifying a new method for the computation of tonnage of linseed, linseed oil, and the by-products of linseed.
