CARTAGE RESTRICTIONS
1 " " In the national effort lo conserve tyres and petrol, boundaries beyond which carriers may not proceed have been decided, and are advertised in this issue. The attention of all transport users is directed towards the restrictions. An appeal is made to the public and to users of transport vehicles to give ample notice of cartage orders so as to effect co-ordination. All special trips to suburban areas, except for special urgent reasons, have been prohibited.
