AREA PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE ATTACK

(Roe. 11.15 a.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 25. The success of the Dieppe raid was in part due to the excellent .photographs of the area taken beforehand. The Air Ministry News Service discloses that some of the aircraft Hew at “ zero feet ” over the area, and photographs showed people in the streets as if they had been taken from the upper window of a binding.
