NORWEGIAN SHIPPING
MISSION IN DOMINION (P.A.) : WELLINGTON, August 26. There arrived to-day at Wellington Superintendent-Captain Moritz _ W - Vaumund, of the Norwegian shipping and trade mission. He is his headquarters in the office of the Norwegian Consul. The mission already, has branches in London, New York, and Australia. He is accompanied bw Captain W. H. Thoresen, of the RoyalNorwegian Navy. He says his present-® will not affect trade to any extent or increase the number of Norwegian ships visiting ew Zealand, but tlie> need for a branch hero has been realised both in the matter of repair# and in seeing to the welfare of crew# of Norwegian vessels.
