Otago Club.—A single bogey handicap was played on Saturday, the best card being returned by J. U. Lemon (1), 1 up. Belleknowos Club.—The following were the results of matches played in the knockout competition for the A. McMillan Cup;— Quarter-finals: E. G. Hasell (13) heat F. G. Haigh (15) 2 up, A. 1. Murray (4) beat A. J. Lahniert (12) 4 and 2. Semi-finals: A. I. Murray (4) beat 1. B. Clarke (10) 5 and 4, E. G. Hasell (13) beat B. R. Rogers (12) 3 and 2. A. I. Murray will now meet E. G. Hasell in the final. St. Clair Club.—The single Stableford bogey handicap played on the St. Clair Links on Saturday afternoon resulted as follows:—A grade: C. B. Wight 35—scr—35 B. C. Brown 25-9-34, F. fl. Elsom 24-9 —33 A. G. Bayliss 24—8—32, G. H. Burgess’ 23—9—32, W. W. Strang 22—9—31, T. W. Grimsdale 22—8—30. B grade: L. A Gallon 26-11-37, J. T. Williamson 21-14 —35, W. Fraser 17-15-32, C. H. Duncan 20—11—31. The best scores returned m the L.G.IJ. match played on Saturday were as follows:—Mrs Driver 78—19—59, Miss Taylor 86—24—62, Miss Carroll 97—35—62, Miss iFlett 100-36-64, Miss Holmes 102-36-66, Mrs Dunn 86-18-68, Mrs Brownlee 104—36—68, Miss Broughan 105—36—69. A sealed hole match for a trophy presented by a member will he played next Saturday. ____
