NEW YORK, August 21. The Tokio radio announced that the former Ambassador to Washington, Admiral Nomura, • and Mr Kurusu arrived in Tokio and were immediately presented with a dozen bottles of wine and other delicacies from the Emperor, Hirohito ; “in recognition of their conduct of Japanese-American relations.”
