BRITISH COVENANT'S MESSAGE
DEEP SATISFACTION WITH DECISION

(ttec. 9.50 a.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 25. The British Ambassador at Rio de Janeiro has been instructed to convey to the Brazilian Government the deep satisfaction of the British Government with tiie decision of the Brazilian Government to declare war on Germany and Italy.
