AIR FORCE CASUALTIES
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 22. The following K.N.Z.A.F. casualties, were announced to-day:— Amos, Sergeant Crison Edwin, seriously injured on operations, later removed from seriously injured list; father, Mr E.'A. Amos, Hamilton. Hodsell, Sergeant John Herbert, dangerously injured in an aircraft accident, later died of injuries; father, Mr W. Hodsell, Whangarei. Keane, Sergeant James William, killed on air operations; mother,- Mrs K. Keane, Waimate. Layzell, Leading-aircraftman Lawrence Montague, slightly injured in accident; father, Mr R. A. ‘Layzell, Napier. McClymont, Acting Flight-lieutenant, R.A.F., seriously ill, later removed from seriously ill list; father, Mr H. G. McClymont, Milton. Thomson, Flight-sergeant Donald Winter, seriously injured on air operations, later removed from the seriously injured list; father, Mr J. A. Thomson, Eria, via To Kuiti.
