‘ HOWE-JOHNS.—On August 22, 1942, at the Little Sisters, Anderson’s Bay, Susan Howe-Johns, late of Lawrence; aged 74 years R.I.P. Requiem Mass at the Little Sisters, at Anderson’s Bay, on Tuesday, August 25, at 6.30 a.m—The Funeral will leave, the Little Sisters on Tuesday at 9 a.m., for the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery.— Cole and Son, funeral directors. KEDZLIE—On August 21, 1942, at his residence, “ Hopetoun,” Halfway Bush, Dunedin, William Henry, dearly beloved husband of Davina Kedzlie.—The Funeral will leave his residence on Monday, the 24th inst., at 1 p.m., for the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery.—Hugh Gourley Ltd., funeral directors. MULLOY .—On August 19, 1942, at Christchurch, Hugh, eldest son of the late Hugh and Elizabeth Mulloy. R.I.P. NEILSON.—On August 22, 1942, at Dunedin, Margaret Elizabeth, beloved wife of Warrant-officer C. W. Neilson, Carey’s Bay, Port Chalmers; in her fortieth year. “At rest.” Private interment. —Aitchison, undertaker, Port Chalmers. SMITH.—On August 21, 1942, at Dunedin, Jessie Morrison Matilda, beloved wife of Richard James Seddon Smith, of 40 Cole street, Caversham (formerly of Gqraldine, Teraufca, and Christchurch); aged 41 years. Deeply mourned. —Tha Funeral will leave our Chapel, 78 St. Andrew street, on Monday, August 24, at 11 a.m,, for the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery.—Hope and Kinaston, funeral directors.
