BUT UNSETTLED LATER The following weather forecast was issued at noon by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, covering the south* ern districts;— A small but intense anti-cyclone is centred east of Otago, while depressions are located in the South Tasman Sea. and the far north. Moderate to strongs winds from a northerly quarter. Weather fine but increasing cloud and unsettled conditions later, extending from the west.
