CHILDREN’S HEALTH CAMP

TENDERS BEING CONSIDERED Tenders for the Children’s Health Camp at Roxburgh arc now being considered by trustees of the scheme in Wellington. A number have been received from Dunedin and Invercargill builders, all within the estimate, and the successful tender should bo announced within a short time. The camp is to be completed five months from the time the contractor is to start work; so that the opening should take place shortly after the commencement of the next school season, probably in March or April. The health camp is to serve children from the Otago and Southland school districts.
