PIGEON RACING
The Dunedin Homing Pigeon Club flew a flock race from Parnassus on Saturday. The station master liberated 120 birds, representing 18 lofts. The weather was fine with no wind, and the birds put up a good flight. The winning bird flew the 265 miles in 6hr 16min at a velocity of 1,245yds per minute. Results: J. Ramsay’s Redwing 1, J.
