The retufn of White’s Electric dredge for the week ended on October 3 was 240 s of gold from 6,300 yards of material treated in 79 hours’ dredging time. GILLESPIE’S BEACH. The Gillespie’s Beach return for the week waa 420 z 14dwt for 134 hours’ working, in which IS,so9yds of material were shifted. CLUTHA RIVER. For the week ended October 4 the dredge of Clutha River Gold Dredging Ltd., operating at Alexandra, worked 121 hours and recovered 200 oz. RUBBER, COTTON. ETC.
