CANADIAN AMERICAN DEFENCE
PLANS DRAWN UP (By Radio.) DAVENTRY, October 5. The Canadian-American Defence Board announces that definite plans of defence have been set up for adoption in the event of attack. Mr La Guardia (Mayor of New York) stated afterwards that the board’s details would take effect as soon as the United States’ leasing of naval bases in British territories became operative.
