PROPAGANDA IN PHILIPPINES
FOREIGN CONSULS WARNED MANILA, October 1. (Received October o. at 8 a.m.) The Governor-General, M. Sayre, revealed that he had warned two foreign consuls against disseminating propaganda in the Philippines, but declined to identify them.
