JAPANESE ENTER HANOI
CANTON, October 4. (Received October 5, at 11.45 a.m.) Reports have been received here that part of the Japanese troops from Haiphong entered Hanoi suburbs yesterday afternoon and are reported to have been welcomed by the French as well as the natives.
