LEGION OF FRONTIERSMEN
A meeting was held at Benhar with the object of forming a branch of the legion. At the invitation of the convener a detachment from the Dunedin Squadron was present, and Captain Laing addressed the meeting. He stated tho aims and objects of the organisation, and gave an interesting address on its history. At present his squadron was carrying on with trainng to fit in with the duties of the Home Guajrc!. Several applications for membership were received, and it was decided to form a troop at Benhar. A branch of the Women’s Auxiliary Corps was also -formed.
