Park, Reynolds Ltd. submitted to auction by order of the Perpetual -trustees Company Ltd., as executors of the will of the late Mr Walter Tame the seaside residence at the “ Point,” Kantane, consisting of a freehold section containing 1 rood 13.3 poles, with a five-roomed residence and wooden cottage. After competition the property was sold to Mr Henry L. Paterson (as agent) for the sum of £825. Ales. Tisdal; also one-and-a-half-story brick bungalow in Highgate, on account of Allan Boyd, to Mrs Garden; residence in Kenmure road to Mr Connell; bungalow in Embo street to Mr Grimman; shop and tea rooms in High street (Maxim’s) to Mrs M.
