PROPERTY SALE. Alex Harris Limited held a sale of the late Mr C. P. M. Butterworth’s sub-division, Melrose. The eight-roomed residence and one rood 18.35 poles were, first offered and were sold for £1,500. Lot 3, containing 34.71 poles, and adjoining the residence, was sola' to Mrs T. C. Smith for £7OO. Lot 1. containing 20.54 poles, situated at the corner of Melrose and Wallace streets, was passed in, but immediately afterwards was sold to Mr A. H. Boyd for £375. Mr W. E.
