OBITUARY
SENOR JULIAN BESTEIRO Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MADRID, September 29. (Received September 30, at 8 a.m.) The death is announced of Senor Julian Besteiro, cx-President of the Cortes, who was serving a 30 years’ sentence. Senor Besteiro was president of the National Council of Defence which surrendered Madrid.
