POLICE COURT

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30. (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S M.) MAINTENANCE. A maintenance order was made against John Thomas Rae on the application of his wife, the amount being fixed at £2 weekly. On the application of his former wife, an order for 10s a week was made against Edward Allen Richardson for the maintenance of his child, with past maintenance at £7, and solicitors fee (£lls). „ . „ Allan George Marshall was proceeded against on a complaint for affiliation and maintenance orders, and after evidence hadl been taken the orders asked for were made, maintenance being fixed at 12s 6d a .week, with past maintenance at £8 15s, to be paid at the rate of 2s 6d a week. Confinement expenses (£5 2s 6d' were also ordered to be paid by defendant.
