Reference was made in a paragraph last night to a notice, above the letter boKcs at the Post Office in respect t» an embargo on the sending of stamps from New Zealand. Amateur collectors are now permitted to send stamps away to British countries only. The prohibition on the transmission to foreign countries still stands, and that is what the notice indicates, not a total prohibition.
