WAGE INCREASE
TRANSPORT SERVICE DRIVERS EXEMPTION FROM GENERAL ORDER DECLINED [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, September 18. The Arbitration Court to-day declined to make an order excluding drivers and assistants employed in goods transport services under the Transport Licensing Act from the operation of the general order of August 9 increasing wages by 5 per cent.
