Storm sailed ou Saturday evening for Wanganui via ports. Gale arrived from Wellington this morning, and after discharge proceeded to Port Chalmers to dock for annual overhaul. She will come to Dunedin on Thursday to load for Wellington and Wanganui via ports. Holmlea arrived from "Wellington this afternoon to load and sail to-mor-row for Wellington, New Plymouth, and Waikato via Timaru and Lyttelton. Holmdale is due from Wellington on Wednesday to load and sail the same day for Wellington and Wanganui via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton. Omana left Auckland on September 6 for Napier, Wellington, and Dunedin, and is duo here on Wednesday. She will dock after discharge for survey. Wainui is due from Gisborne on Wednesday to load and sail the same day for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne via Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton. Waimarino left Auckland last Wednesday for Wellington, Bluff, and Dunedin, and is due here on Wednesday, She will sail the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, aiid Auckland. Kartigi left Westport on Thursday for Wellington and Dunedin, and is due here on Wednesday. Port Waikato is due from Wellington on Wednesday to load and sail the same day for Tauranga, Auckland, and Whangarei via Timaru and Lyttelton. Karu is due from Gisborne on Thursday evening to load and sail the following day for Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth via Oamaru, Timaru, and'Lyttelton. Waiana is to leave Auckland on Friday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff, and is due here on September 26. She will sail the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. NOTICES TO MARINERS. NORTH ISLAND—AUCKLAND HARBOUR. —Alteration to Prohibited Anchorage.— Previous notice: No. 58, of 1924, hereby amended. Position: Lat., 36deg 50min S.; long., 174 deg 45min E. (approx.). Alterations: The eastern boundary of the prohibited anchorage between Stokes Point and Point Erin has been moved 360ffc eastward and the marking beacons re-established on the eastern end of the new reclamation inside St. Mary's Bay breakwater. The beacons are situated approximately 274 deg 700 ft and 266 deg 760 ft from the light on the western side of the breakwater opening, and, as before, are in lino bearing 213 deg. Each beacon carries a triangular surmount and marked cable; a fixed green light is exhibited from the front and a fixed red light from the rear beacon. Chart affected: No. 1,970. —Stanley Bay: Protected Anchorage.— Previous notices: Nos. Gl of 1913 and 41 of 1939, hereby cancelled. Position: Lat., 3Cdeg 49.7 min S.; long.. 174 deg 47min E. (approx.). Details: The protected yacht and launch anchorage, area No. 3, in Stanley Bay, has been cancelled. Chart affected: No. 1,970. AT OTHER PORTS. WELLINGTON, September 14.—Arrived: Gale (5.10 a.m.), from Wanganui; Waipahi (11 a.m.), from Auckland; Holmdale (7 p.m.)', from Wanganui. Sailed: Totara (1.30 p.m.), for Westport. September 15.—Arrived: Karu (11 a.m.), from New Plymouth; Port Whangarei (1.50 p.m.), from Lyttelton. LYTTELTON. September 14. Sailed: Port Whangarei (3.50 p.m.), for Wellington.
