Cheerios To Our Boys!
Serving Far From Home
The record number of cheerios published to-night shows the popularity of the service provided by the South Dunedin Businessmen’s Association of sending personal messages in the ever-popular ‘ Sports .to our absent boys.
This last issue of the ‘ Sports ’ for 1940 will be eagerly read in many parts of the world by Dunedin boys serving their country far from native haunts; our thoughts are constantly of them, and we look to a brighter day when, with war clouds dispersed, any battles in which they may participate will be waged in sunshine on Dunedin fields of sport.
