(Received September 13, at 1.30 p.m.y The Chamber of Deputies officially declared General Comacho Presidentelect of Mexico, overriding the claims of General Alamazan. A Government spokesman said the moves of Genera! Alamazan and his forces definitely classed them as rebels.
