JOCKEYS' APPEALS
TPee United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, September 12. The appeals of the jockeys P. Burgess, A. ID. bidham, G. R. Tattersall, W. Broughton, and H. Wiggins against the' action of the Executive Committee of the New Zealand Racing Conference, granting them throe months conditional licenses only at the beginning of the present season, will be heard before
three judges appointed bv the confer once at Wellington on September 24. The names of the judges ■will not b# divulged until after the hearing.
