LOCAL REPORT. Maximum temperature to-day. 56deg. Maximum yesterday (24 hours), 61.9 deg. Minimum to-day, 48.9 deg. Minimum yesterday, 42.1 deg. Barometric pressure at 1 p.m., steady at 30.1 in (1,016 millibars). Moderate westerly breeze. AT OTHER CENTRES.
