DEATH AND DEVASTATION Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, September 9. (Received September 10, at 8 a.m.) Scores were killed and 500 are homeless as the result of a typhoon. Power stations, schools, and other Government buildings were destroyed.
