AGITATION IN BERLIN APPEALS TO FOREIGN PRESS BERLIN, September 28. (Received September 29, at noon.) Herr Boehmer, chief of the Foreign Press Department, appealed to the foreign Press to help to disprove Mr Knickerbocker’s allegations, and) offered to indemnify them for expenses incurred. German officials in neutral countries have been ordered to obtain certified statements of 'fact from notaries.
